We live in an era of constant and evolving metacrisis. This can make “staying right way up” difficult. Often when I’m reflecting on my work week, the many threads and themes that I’ve been hearing or talking about permeate. Sometimes, I write them down. Sometimes, I take some of the many stumps and off cuts and make them into something more substantial, and some of those, I put here.

These topics relate to modern cultural issues through to clinical points of view. I think they will be most relevant to other therapists, or to other individuals with an interest in psychospiritual and ecopsychological concepts or just generally improving their self awareness.

More about me

Based in London, I’m a psychotherapist working with adults and groups. I’m interested particularly in Jungian and psychoanalytic world views, alongside trauma and embodied clinical concepts. I’ve had a lifelong interest in the environment and since I trained as a therapist that interest has led me toward ecopsychological thinking.
